It's a clear run-down of all the various weight-affecting factors you encounter in your daily life. She discusses various types of sugars; insulin; hormones and much more. Very easy to implement her suggestions. Can EFT "Do It"?

Recently, someone on my list asked these questions: can EFT do these:
1) ask dead people for help (and of course, why not some live ones as well?)
2) ask my contractor to do a nice repair job on my house
3) War, famine
4) Haze - we are haze struck again - here, the Air Pollutant Index (API) is 150 or even more. (API - 100 is bad air).

In my opinion, asking if "EFT can do these" isn't the correct question. EFT is a personal, self-directed, self-help tool, not a magical pill or be-all, end-all fixer-upper-heal-everythinger.

You may have seen Rebbecca Marina's letter about asking dead people for help - it was a very provocative headline, and I'm sure got lots of interest. I think that perhaps it would be good to take a little responsibility here for our own power and creative ability.

I speak with Rebecca a lot, and I know darn well she didn't mean some dead person is going to come and take over for you, nor would she use EFT to "do it" - whatever "it" is!
